Flow is designed for all levels of experience — beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Build foundational yoga poses from the ground-up in this vinyasa yoga class, while strengthening the mind-body connection through breath and movement.

Gentle Yoga + Essential Oils

Our gentle yoga class offers a restorative and relaxing approach to whole-body healing. Bringing a deep sense of mindfulness into each pose, essential oils are used to uplift, enhance, and create balance for a truly immersive and rejuvenating experience.

Yin + Yang

A balanced blend of vinyasa and yin for the yogi who wants it all. First, build strength and flexibility as you move through dynamic flows. Then, release tension in the body through longer-held poses that repair deep connective tissue. Recommended for practitioners of all levels and athletes.

An invigorating workout designed to empower, tone, and transform your body while nurturing your mind. Classes include mindful breathwork, 360-degree core and upper body work on the mat, and time at the barre for a lower body burn. Props are incorporated throughout to challenge and fatigue the muscle groups.

A dynamic blend of Pilates and strength training. Designed to sculpt your body with low impact exercises, emphasis is placed on posture, strength, mobility and stretching. Props are integrated to increase the burn.

Where strength and softness unite. This challenging and transformative class blends strength training, power sculpt, Pilates and elements of vinyasa yoga to invigorate the body, center the mind, and nourish the soul. Sweat. Breathe. Move and flow to a soulful soundtrack as you utilize props for full-body activation.

Many, but not all of our classes are warm to hot using infrared heating technology. Stepping into our heated space feels like a warm hug that the body quickly acclimates to. The heat gently warms up the muscles, which helps to increase flexibility, reduce pain and stiffness, and prevent injuries. It also helps to detoxify the body, improve cardiovascular health, build bone density, release endorphins and give the skin a natural glow ✨

  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate - before and after class.

  • Create a MindBody profile, sign your waiver, and sign up for class before arrival.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, signing in, and settling in.

  • Bring your mat, a hand towel, a mat towel, and a water bottle.

  • Leave your socks, shoes, and phone in your cubby. We’re together for 50 minutes - let’s make it count.

  • Inform the teacher that it's your first class and feel free to mention any injuries, limitations, or concerns you might have. We are here to help!

  • Remember, practice makes progress - be gentle on yourself ❤️
